UNDERSTANDING YOUR TREATMENT
How it works
CoolTone treatments are kinda like an intense ab, thigh, or buttock workout…because it is. The applicator is placed on the muscle group to be treated, then the device is turned on, and the intensity is increased to your tolerance. The magnetic force stimulates muscle contraction – rapid, intense muscle contraction, far greater than you could achieve on your own with voluntary movement. The treatment sessions are 30 minutes each, with a series of four treatments recommended initially.
What does the recovery entail?
There is no recovery per se. You’ll feel sore though like you had an intense workout, so schedule your normal workouts accordingly. Otherwise, you can proceed with all other routine activities.
What type of follow up or maintenance is needed?
